Shipping & Delivery Policy

By placing an order with GOTHAM'S LEGACY, you acknowledge and agree to the shipping terms below. This policy is presented on the cart and checkout pages prior to payment.


Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before shipment, and may take longer during seasonal times.
  • Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods, processing times may extend.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

All delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees. Actual timelines may vary due to carrier performance, customs, weather, and seasonal volume.

  • Standard Shipping (Free): typically 9–14 business days after shipment.
  • Expedited Shipping (Paid): typically 5–8 business days after shipment.

Estimated timeframes begin once the order has shipped and tracking has been issued. Delivery may occur earlier or later than estimated.


International Fulfillment

Orders are fulfilled from international warehouses outside the United States. Inventory may ship from the closest available location. Initial tracking can appear limited until the parcel reaches your local carrier network.


Tracking Information

  • A tracking number is issued when your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to activate within the carrier’s system.
  • Tracking may update more frequently once the package transfers to your local carrier (e.g., USPS or regional equivalent).

Multiple Item Orders

When items in a single order ship from different warehouses, they may be dispatched separately and arrive on different days. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.


Customs & Import Taxes

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are not included in item price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Customs inspection and clearance timelines vary by country and can extend delivery times; these processes are outside of GOTHAM'S LEGACY’s control.
  • If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned or disposed of, no refund can be guaranteed.

Address Accuracy

  • The shipping address entered at checkout is treated as final. Address changes after checkout are not guaranteed.
  • If the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, no refund will be issued for non-receipt.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an address issue, a refund may be issued minus shipping and carrier fees or the order may be reshipped once reship charges are paid.

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

  • Once tracking shows Delivered to the address provided at checkout, risk of loss transfers to the recipient.
  • GOTHAM'S LEGACY is not responsible for parcels stolen, misplaced, or accepted by third parties after carrier delivery confirmation.
  • For deliveries to universities, ports, or other third-party facilities, responsibility transfers upon first confirmed delivery scan to that facility.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delays caused by factors such as weather events, carrier backlogs, customs holds, strikes, or peak season volume do not qualify for order cancellation or refund while the shipment is in transit.


Lost, Stalled, or Damaged in Transit

  • If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, we will assist in opening a carrier investigation. Investigations must conclude before a replacement or resolution can be offered.
  • For visible transit damage, retain all packaging and contact the carrier promptly. We will assist with a claim when the carrier confirms liability.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

This policy is displayed prior to purchase. In the event of a dispute, we provide:

  • Proof of order processing and shipment
  • Tracking history and delivery confirmation
  • Evidence that this policy was presented before checkout
