By placing an order with GOTHAM'S LEGACY, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the return and refund policy outlined below. This policy is displayed on the cart and checkout pages for review at any time.
Overview of Returns & Refunds
We aim to provide a fair and consistent experience for all customers. The timelines below help ensure returns and claims are handled efficiently and accurately.
- Return Request Window: within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective Item Claim: within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.
- Return Shipping: Paid by the customer.
- Sale / Promotional Items: Final sale and not returnable.
- Sizing Issues: Not considered defects.
Fulfillment & Location
Orders are fulfilled from international facilities. Product sizing and packaging may differ from U.S. retail standards. Please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before placing an order.
Return Policy (7 Days from Delivery)
- Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent loss during transit.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and approved.

If the returned item does not meet these conditions, the return will be declined and no refund will be issued.
Defective Items (3 Days from Delivery)
- Defect claims must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
- Email support@gothamslegacy.com with photos clearly showing the issue.
- Claims submitted after 3 days cannot be processed as defects and will be handled only as standard returns (if still within the 7-day window).
Not considered defects: sizing/fit issues, small loose threads, minor color variations, or manufacturing tolerances that do not affect performance or durability.
Sizing Information
Product measurements adhere to international sizing standards and may not match U.S. standard sizing. Customers are responsible for reviewing the size chart and comparing it with their measurements prior to purchase.
Costs for Returns
- No restocking fees.
- Customer pays return shipping.
- If the return shipping cost exceeds the item value, the return may be denied to prevent unnecessary cost.
- Express shipping fees are non refundable.
- Shipping protection is non refundable.
In situations where the return shipping cost is higher than the value of the item, the system will display a small refund amount before you submit the return request. Because returning the item would cost more than the refund itself, we process the refund without requiring you to send the item back. The amount issued is exactly the same as the amount shown when you confirmed the return request.
This ensures customers are not asked to pay more for return shipping than the item is worth, while still receiving the refund amount they agreed to during the request.
Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased on sale, during promotional events, or using discount codes are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Address Accuracy & Delivery
- The shipping address provided at checkout is treated as final.
- If the package is delivered to the address entered at checkout, no refund can be issued for non-receipt.
- If the package returns to us due to an address issue, a refund will be issued minus shipping and carrier fees.
- If the carrier mis-delivers despite a correct label, we will assist in filing a claim.
Customs & Import Duties
Customs fees may apply depending on location. These fees are not included in product or shipping costs and must be paid by the customer. Refusing customs payments may result in the order being returned or disposed of. No refund can be guaranteed in these situations.
Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
This policy is shown prior to purchase. If a dispute or chargeback is filed, we will provide:
- Delivery confirmation and tracking history
- Proof of order fulfillment and shipping
- Record of policy availability before checkout
