Returns Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.


NOTE: As of September 1st 2023, No Returns Will Be Accepted.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in new condition
  • Still must have all tags attached

Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that do not meet these criteria.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  3. Wait for further instructions from our customer support team on how to proceed with the return.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
