You have up to 24 hours from the time your order is placed to request a cancellation. In some cases, the cancellation window may be shorter due to the fast processing times at our global warehouses. Please note that because we have warehouses operating worldwide, your order could be processed and fulfilled as soon as it is placed. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Shipping Delays and Refunds:
Please be aware that shipping delays caused by external factors, such as weather, carrier issues, or other events beyond our control, are not valid grounds for a refund. We strive to meet the estimated delivery times, but such delays may occur occasionally, and we appreciate your understanding.
