Arrived at Warehouse / Departed from Warehouse: Indicates the package's movement in and out of various storage facilities during its journey.
Carrier Update / Merchant Order Receipt Notification: This status is an acknowledgment from the shipping carrier confirming they have been notified of the upcoming delivery.
Export Customs Clearance Started / Complete: Your package is undergoing or has completed customs clearance in the country of origin.
Leaving / Departed from Departure Country/Region: The package has left the country of origin and is en route to the destination country.
Arrived at Departure Transport Hub / Linehaul Office: Your package has arrived at a major transportation hub, typically where it is prepared for long-distance transport.
Import Customs Clearance Started / Complete: The package is being processed through customs in the destination country. This process may occur multiple times if the package transits through different countries.
Arrived / Departed from Destination Country/Region Sorting Center: The package has reached a sorting center in the destination country and is being prepared for the next leg of its journey.
Received by Local Delivery Company / Processed at Local Facility: Local delivery partners have received your package and are processing it for the final delivery phase.
Arrived at Local Delivery Center / Out for Delivery: The package has reached the local delivery center and is on its way to your address.
Package Delivered, In/At Mailbox: Your package has been successfully delivered to your designated address.

Two Tracking Numbers:
- Availability: Most orders are assigned two tracking numbers. The second tracking number becomes active once the package is received in the United States. While our tracking page will primarily use the original tracking number, it will also display updates associated with the second tracking number.
How to Access the Second Tracking Number:
- Via CAINIAO: Click on the blue CAINIAO square on our tracking page or enter your original tracking number on CAINIAO's tracking site. Two tracking numbers will be displayed at the top of the CAINIAO page. The second tracking number will be identified as "Latest Tracking Number" (in parentheses).
Carrier Information:
- Identifying the Local Carrier: The CAINIAO tracking page will specify the local carrier handling your package, typically USPS.
- USPS Deliveries: For packages delivered by USPS, a direct link to track your order on the USPS system will be provided.
- Other Carriers: If the carrier is not USPS, such as PiggyShip, you can use the second tracking number to track your package on the respective carrier's own tracking system.
