If your order has not been delivered and is returned to our facility, we will refund you with store credit. However, if the non-delivery is due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, or if the items are discarded by the shipping carrier due to an incorrect or insufficient address, we cannot offer a refund.
Additionally, it's worth noting that at the start, the tracking information for your order may appear minimal. This is common for orders shipped from overseas, where updates can be less frequent. However, once your package reaches the United States and is with USPS or your local carrier, you will receive more detailed tracking information, enabling you to monitor your shipment's journey more closely.
Please also be aware that there may be unexpected delays with the shipping carrier at times.
