Terms and Conditions for Collaborations

Gotham's Legacy Collaboration Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Gotham's Legacy Collaboration Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you ("Collaborator") agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms").

1. Acceptance and Eligibility:

Participation in the Program requires acceptance of these Terms.
Collaborators must be of legal age and have the authority to enter into this agreement.
Acceptance is deemed complete upon Collaborator's affirmative response to the collaboration offer within 14 days of issuance.

2. Scope of Collaboration:

Collaborators will engage in promotion of Gotham's Legacy products through various means, including social media posts, stories, and other content forms.
Collaborators are required to produce a minimum of two promotional submissions per month, ideally bi-weekly. Non-compliance may result in termination.

3. Compensation and Incentives:

Collaborators will receive a commission as outlined in the individual agreement.
Gifts or products provided to Collaborators are for promotion and not returnable.
Additional incentives may be provided at Gotham's Legacy’s discretion.

4. Term and Termination:

The collaboration term will be specified in the individual agreement.
Either party may terminate the agreement with a notice period as agreed upon.
Gotham's Legacy reserves the right to terminate immediately for breach of these Terms or for conduct damaging to the brand’s reputation.

5. Content and Intellectual Property:

Collaborators grant Gotham's Legacy a perpetual, worldwide license to use any content created during the collaboration.
Collaborators must ensure content is original, and not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Compliance and Conduct:

Collaborators must comply with all applicable laws, including advertising standards and disclosure requirements.
Collaborators shall not engage in any activities or content that could be deemed offensive or harmful.

7. Confidentiality:

Collaborators must keep any confidential information received during the collaboration private and secure.

8. Indemnification:

Collaborators will indemnify Gotham's Legacy against any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from their actions or content.

9. Liability:

Gotham's Legacy will not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the collaboration.

10. Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Gotham's Legacy’s headquarters.

11. Amendments and Waiver:

Gotham's Legacy reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

12. Acceptance of Terms:

By participating in the Program, Collaborators indicate their acceptance of these Terms.
